Two Arrested in Nairobi with 34 Kilograms of Bhang Worth Nearly Ksh.1 Million

Police in Nairobi apprehended two individuals for trafficking 17 bales of marijuana weighing a total of 34 kilograms, valued at approximately Ksh. 990,000.

According to a statement from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) released on Wednesday, Clinton Ndede and Kelvin Sibukhu were captured at a bus station in Nairobi’s CBD. They had just disembarked from a Guardian bus originating from Budalangi, Busia County, and were about to board a Super Metro shuttle heading to Kamulu, where they reside.

The DCI reported that the suspects were arrested following a search of their luggage by anti-narcotics officers.
